PULSE testers are sold and shipped by Expert Solutions, India, through pulsetester.com.

We ship in India only for now. Outside India? Contact us before you order.

Shipping is charged extra: ₹300 per order. You see it at checkout before you pay.

In-stock colours ship in 1-2 working days after your order is confirmed.
Pre-orders ship in the number of days shown on the product page ("Pre-order, ships in ... days").
If your order will be late, we tell you. You can then wait or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery time after shipping depends on the courier and your city.

When your order ships, we email you the courier name and the tracking number.

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us right away with photos of the box and the tester. Keep the box. See our Refund and returns policy.
